The fees indicated in this catalogue are expressed in Euro.

DURING OF THE HOLIDAY AND RECEIVING OF THE ROOMS
In any cases the structures fix a minimums of staying days. In any cases it is possible to specifically ask for a shorter stay.
Many structures offer some special week-end for festivity and long week-end.
We suggest you to respect scrupulously the times of receiving the rooms and the time of release them. If you think to arrive in late (or the day after) we suggest to inform the structure, because the "no show" don't guarantee the reserved service.

QUOTAS INCLUDE
Hotels and Villages.
In every price-table is indicated the treatment which is included, free and on payment services. Except in particular cases, beverages are always not included.
Houses, Apartments and Residences.
In this case, quotas include just the location. Generally wear and tear, linen and accessories expenses are not included. Check with attention the price-table!

REDUCTIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS
The major of the structures apply some discounts for children, long stay, or other situations. For children reductions the years are meant "under" the age stated. With regard the accommodations in single room, there is a supplement. Check with attention the price-plan!

ASSISTANCE IN APULIA
All our clients can rely on a careful assistance of a specialized staff. In case of trouble, please contact immediately the office where you have booked or our assistant on telephone number which will be communicated to you at the moment of the consignment of the travel documents. To assist you in best way, we suggest you to claim at the moment of a possible disorganization. Possible claims got after the stay couldn't be satisfied. If you couldn't use any paid services, we suggest you to ask a write declaration to the structure to start a possible reimbursement activity.

AIR CONDITIONING
Some structures have centralized air conditioning system. In this case, the time of delivery is on management's discretion.

CLUB CARD
In some structures is required the payment on the spot of a Club Card that is compulsory for using some equipments and services (for example animation).

DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Our organization has asked to all structures to admit animals. In any case, it is compulsory to point out the presence of animals at the moment of the booking to have the certainty that they are admitted. Some structures could ask costs for disinfestations.

CLASSIFICATION
The classification is given by competent organs. The structure on this catalogue have been selected by our organization. The pictures have been sent by Hotels and the descriptions correspond to the reality of the places. It is good to inform yourselves about the selected structure to understand if it is right for your needs. For example an agritourism is not an hotel, but it is a farm where farmer gives hospitality to the tourists. Furnished services can't correspond to the hotel's services.
