1°day.
Monday: Alberobello.

Arriving in the evening in Alberobello, accommodation in Hotel. Dinner with typical dishes like “orecchiette alle cime di rapa” and pork chop. Overnight stay.

2° day.
Sunday: Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello.

Breakfast and leave to Locorotondo, situated on a hill which dominate all D’Itria Valley. It is a village characterized by its topographic map with circular perimeter, from which it derived the name of the village. Visit to a wine-makers store producing D.O.C. wine, and tasting of wine, with the oenologist, and typical products from baker’s shop. In the afternoon, visit of the historical centre of Martina Franca. Tours continues with the visit of Alberobello, the unique place built by “trulli” (ancient rustic house with the roof shaped like a overturned cone). Visit of the monumental-historical centres of “Monti” and “Aia Piccola”. Come back to the Hotel, dinner with Apulien specialities, stuffed chicken and “panzarotti” of potatoes. Overnight stay.

3°day.
Monday: Lecce.
After breakfast, leave to Lecce. Visit of the city. You can visit places of particular historical interest of Lecce, like: P.za S.Oronzo (terminal column of the Via Appia, Romanic Amphitheatre of II sec D.C., the Sedile, the little Church of S. Marco), the Church of Santa Croce, the maximum expression of the salentina baroque, the Duomo, with its characteristic two facades, the Castle of Carlo V. etc. during the walk in the historical centre, there is a short stop at a confectioner’s, where you can taste typical pastries of Lecce, like the "pasticciotto" or the "purceduzzi". Accomodation in Hotel. Afternoon: free.
Dinner in a typical restaurant to taste local fish base specialities, for example like “stuffed mussels and grilled fish”. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

4°day.
Tuesday: Otranto – S. Maria di Leuca.

After breakfast leave to a very interesting cultural visit in Otranto. The eastern town of Italy. Otranto takes its name from the Idro (Hydruntum) river, which flows into the harbour. Among its numerous monuments, there is the Cathedral, with its particular mosaic dated 1163, where is represented The Tree of the Life "L’albero della vita", the Alfonsine Towers, the Basilica of S. Pietro, in Byzantine style, the Church of S. Francesco, the Aragonese Castle, etc. Fish base lunch in a restaurant.
In the afternoon, tour continues along all the coast toward S. Maria di Leuca. Visit of the end of the Italian earth, a lighthouse marks the watershed between Ionic and Adriatic, where it will be possible to go for a walk at the crossing of the two seas. Come back to Lecce and overnight stay.

5°day.
Wednesday: Gallipoli – Lecce.
Breakfast and leave to Gallipoli. Visit of the Castle, of the Cathedral and of the Greek fountain, etc. Lunch in a restaurant, situated in the historical centre of Gallipoli, where it will be served a fish-soup typical of Gallipoli. In the afternoon, visit of an hypogeum oil-press, with tasting of typical products, like “pittule”, “griselle”, bread, etc. return to the hotel and overnight stay. You can go for a walk in the floodlight historical centre of Lecce.

6°day.
Thursday.
Breakfast and departure.
